No. The plugin needs to connect to MarketoGen to sign in and to import designs sent from the web app.

No. The MarketoGen Figma plugin needs an internet connection to sign in and to fetch designs you’ve sent from the web app. Import and auth won’t work offline. Generate and send from the web app while online, then open the plugin in Figma to import.
